Problem What to try
The Purchase Number button is faded and cannot be clicked. Select a number from the Available Numbers list first. The button only activates once a number is chosen.
I do not see the number I want. Change the Country or Number Type. Availability differs between countries and between Local and Toll-Free numbers. The list is limited to what is currently available.
The purchase does not go through. Check that your account has at least 200 credits, then try again. If it still fails, click Get Help at the top of the page.
My new number shows "Unassigned". This is expected for a new number. Connect it from Telephony > Inbound Calls by following the Inbound Calls User Guide.
Renews On shows N/A. This field may be blank for some numbers. Contact support through Get Help if you need your exact renewal date.

‍

6. Releasing a Number You No Longer Need

Each row in the Active Numberstable has a red Release Number button in the Actions column. Releasing anumber returns it and stops its monthly renewal.

‍

Caution: Releasing a number cannot be assumed to be reversible. Once released, the number may no longer be available to you, and callers who dial it will no longer reach your assistant. Release a number only if you are sure you no longer need it.
