The Opportunity

AssistifAI Inc. is a fast-growing, Canadian-registered AI startup. We are replacing legacy corporate customer service with native AI Voice Assistants, automated Telecalling, and intelligent Scheduling. We are moving fast, and we need a high-energy, exceptionally smart Growth & Marketing Generalist to help us build our inbound and outbound revenue engines.

This is not a high-level management role where you sit back and delegate. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy position for a "Swiss Army Knife" who wants to get in on the ground floor of an AI startup. You will be taking direct ownership of our daily marketing operations: writing content, launching ads, running cold outreach, and figuring out what makes our ideal customers click.

What You Will Actually Do
  • Outbound Engine (Outreach): Build, launch, and manage targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate warm leads for our global sales teams. You will be scraping lists, cleaning data, and writing subject lines that actually get opened.
  • Content Creation: Write punchy, conversion-focused copy. You will create blog posts, LinkedIn updates, basic sales decks, and use cases that explain our AI technology in plain English.
  • Performance Marketing: Set up and manage tightly focused paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search) to capture enterprise intent. You’ll monitor the budget, track the CPC, and kill the ads that don't work.
  • Growth Hacking: Experiment constantly. Find new directories to list us on, test new messaging frameworks, and use AI tools to automate your own workflows to do the work of three people.
Who You Are
  • The Smart Executor: You have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales development (B2B SaaS or tech preferred, but raw intelligence and hustle beat years of experience).
  • The Swiss Army Knife: You are just as comfortable writing a 500-word blog post as you are setting up a lead-capture form or analyzing a spreadsheet of ad metrics.
  • High Agency: You don't wait to be told what to do. If you don't know how to use a specific tool or run a certain campaign, you Google it, watch a YouTube tutorial, and figure it out by tomorrow.
  • A Strong Writer: You have excellent written English. You know how to write concise, compelling copy that drives action without sounding like corporate jargon.
The Tools You Should Know (or learn very quickly):
  • Outreach & CRM: Apollo.io, Instantly, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
  • Content/Design: Canva, basic Figma, WordPress/Webflow (for quick landing page edits).
  • Ads: Proficient knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • AI: You use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini daily to 10x your own productivity.
